THIS SECTION PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION TO AUTOMATICALLY DEBIT YOUR CURRENT AND PREVIOUSLY LINKED ACCOUNTS FOR ALL AMOUNTS YOU OWE UNDER THE CARDHOLDER AND ADPAY PROGRAM TERMS. PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service (the “Terms”), you authorize dash.fi to electronically debit and credit your designated deposit account at your designated depository financial institution (your “Bank Account”) via ACH and, if ever applicable, to correct erroneous debits and credits via ACH as follows:

1) Range of Acceptable Debit Amounts: up to $200,000 per Business Day (as defined below) unless otherwise increased in our sole discretion
2) Frequency of Debits: multiple times per Business Day (however, debits and credits may not necessarily occur every Business Day)

Your Authorization to Debit Linked Accounts

You authorize dash.fi, Issuers, or their respective successors and assigns to collect amounts owed under these Cardholder and AdPay Program Terms by debiting funds from your current and previously Linked Accounts at financial institutions (including banks and credit unions). If we use the Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) network, the debits will be governed by the rules established by the National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) for business-related ACH debits. You also authorize us to debit your Linked Accounts for verification purposes (through microdeposits or similar means).

Manner and Timing of Payment

We will debit Linked Accounts for all amounts owed to us in connection with our provision of Services. If we cannot collect these amounts via ACH or another method, you agree to immediately pay all amounts owed as directed.

We may debit Linked Accounts separately for the payment of Fees that you incur. You also authorize dash.fi, Issuers, or their respective successors or assigns to debit Linked Accounts immediately, on any date, and without additional Notice where we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that (a) the total aggregate balance of Linked Accounts is less than the balance minimums required by our underwriting criteria, (b) Company does not satisfy one or more of our other underwriting or credit requirements, or (c) Company poses or may pose an unacceptable risk to dash.fi, Program Partners, Issuers, or third parties.

In the event that we make an error in processing an electronic debit, you authorize us to correct the error by initiating an electronic credit or debit to the Linked Account in the amount of such error on or after the date such error occurs.

You also acknowledge that the amount and frequency of the foregoing debits and credits may vary and that you waive your right to receive prior notice of the amount and date of each debit and credit.

You acknowledge that the electronic authorization contained in this Section represents your written authorization for ACH transactions as provided herein and will remain in full force and effect until you notify us that you wish to revoke this authorization by emailing support@dash.fi

Withdrawing your Authorization

You must notify us at least thirty (30) Business Days before the scheduled debit date of any ACH transaction from your Bank Account in order to cancel this authorization. If we do not receive notice at least thirty (30) Business Days before the scheduled debit date, we may attempt, in our sole discretion, to cancel the debit transaction. However, we assume no responsibility for our failure to do so.

If you withdraw your electronic authorization contained herein, we will suspend or close your dash.fi Account, and you will no longer be able to use your dash.fi Account or the Services, except as expressly provided in the Terms.

Please note that withdrawal of your electronic authorization contained herein will not apply to transactions performed before the withdrawal of your authorization becomes effective.

Withdrawal of a debit authorization does not terminate the Platform Agreement or your obligation to pay all amounts owed under these Cardholder Terms or the AdPay Terms. Company will be responsible for all costs of collections and damages if amounts owed are not paid in full by Company.

In addition to any of your other representations and warranties in these Terms, you represent that: (a) your browser is equipped with at least 128-bit security encryption; (b) you are capable of printing, storing, or otherwise saving a copy of this electronic authorization for your records; and (c) the ACH transactions you hereby authorize comply with applicable law.

For purposes of these Terms, “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal banking holidays.
